Driving the posts

The first phase of the construction of a PV plant is driving the posts into the ground. It is not only the first but also one of the most important work activities. The correct procedures must be followed to ensure that the correct driving depth of the posts is maintained (always according to the plans) and also the slope of the substructure (10, 15, 20).

Our professional machinists have extensive experience with various brands and types of driving machines.

Installation of the substructure

The next phase is the construction of the supporting structure, on which the solar modules are mounted and attached in the next step. When building the supporting structure, it is very important to follow all the steps according to the assembly plan of the given structure.

The correct assembly procedure, which our team uses, ensures fast and efficient assembly of all types of structures such as Meiser, Zimmerman, Arausol, CWF and others.

Installation of photovoltaic modules

The last part of the mechanical installation is the assembly of the photovoltaic modules. It starts with the correct and safe distribution of the pallets to prevent damage. The modules are attached in different ways depending on the type of construction.

The output power ranges from 200-650W and the size and weight of the module also depend on it. Depending on the size and weight, it is determined how many people are needed to mount the module to prevent damage.

Electrical installation

The most important part is the electrical installation, which consists of 4 parts:

DC installation + additional work
AC installation + additional work
Wiring - Inverters, Gak, Transformers
Measurements - power, insulation

All electrical work is carried out by our electricians, who have all the authorizations and licenses for the given work. By following the protocols, we ensure that before the project is handed over, each work, and especially the electrical installation, is properly checked and the performance verified.

Construction of a protective fence

Every building must be protected by a protective fence. We have a lot of experience with all types of fences, meshes as well as with various installation methods. The overall installation also includes the installation of gates.

Additional work

If the situation requires it and the terrain does not allow hammering work, we are able to provide additional work for the investor such as:

Drilling holes for concrete
Preparing molds for concreting
Concreting and others
